How to send leads from Pitchlane to QuickMail (via Zapier)

1.) Zapier Template: Begin by using our Zapier template for QuickMail, accessible at: https://zapier.com/app/editor/template/1665986.

2.) Trigger Setup: Set "Video Rendered in Pitchlane" as your trigger.

3.) Pitchlane Account Attachment: Attach your Pitchlane account to select "Video Rendered in Pitchlane."

4.) Test Trigger: Navigate to the Test section and click "Test Trigger."

5.) Record Selection: When prompted with a list of records, choose any available option for testing purposes. The selected record will not receive any correspondence.

6.) Prospect Creation/Update: Choose "Create or Update Prospect in QuickMail."

7.) Quickmail Account Attachment: Attach your Quickmail Account under the "Account Tab" and proceed. Your Zapier API key can be found in Quickmail Settings under "Add-ons"

8.) Variable Assignment: In the Action Tab, match the corresponding variables to their respective categories.

Note: If given the option between "Variables" & "Original," select "Original." Some categories may not require a data field, and it's acceptable to leave these blank.

9.) Campaign Initiation: Select "Start Campaign" under Perform an Action.

10.) Campaign Selection: Choose the campaign to which you want your prospect list to be sent under the Campaign section. Note: Ensure that the campaign name matches what you've named it on QuickMail's web client.

11.) Testing: Select the "Test" Tab

12.) Verification: Once you return to QuickMail, the test prospect will appear in your campaign's journey list. This indicates that videos rendered by Pitchlane's systems will now successfully import into your QuickMail campaign.
