How to set up AutoFollowUp in Woodpecker (via Zapier)

How to Set Up AutoFollowUp?

In order to set up an AutoFollowUp in Woodpecker, you will need two campaigns:

1.) Your "Main" campaign - this is the normal sequence which sends out your Pitchlane video for prospects to view.

2.) Your "AutoFollowUp" campaign - this is the sequence you will send out to leads as soon as they've viewed their Pitchlane video

3.) Enter the page for your AutoFollowUp Campaign and construct your AutoFollowUp Response

4.) Turn on your AutoFollowUp Campaign

5.) Open our AutoFollowUp Zap Template:

6.) Connect your Pitchlane Account

7.) Select your Pitchlane Campaign that you are using to generate videos

8.) Select the Action titled "2. Create/Update Prospect in Campaign in Woodpecker.co" and select your Main Campaign

9.) Ensure that under "Email" the variable "Video Original Row Email" is correctly populated.

10.) Ensure that the fields: "Update Existing Record" and "Prospect Status" are set correctly (Update & PAUSED respectively).

11.) Ensure that the following fields are populated correctly

12.) Under "Snippet 1" attach "Video Thumbnail Embed"

13.) Select "3. Create/Update Prospect in Campaign in Woodpecker.co" and select your AutoFollowUp Campaign under "Campaign"

14.) Ensure that all the fields are populated correctly with the prospect's information.

15.) Ensure that the "Prospect Status" field is set to "ACTIVE"

16.) Ensure that the "Snippet 1" Field is correctly populated with "Video Thumbnail Embed"

17.) Select Publish! Congratulations your AutoFollowUp Automation is Complete!

1.) If a lead books directly via Calendly or Savvycal on the Pitchlane Video Page, this Zap automatically pauses the campaign and blocks any follow-up going through.

1.) Select your Savvycal/Calendly Account

2.) Select your Main Campaign

3.) Ensure that the Prospect's Status is set to Paused

4.) Select "3. Create/Update Prospect in Campaign in Woodpecker.co" and select your "AutoFollowUp Campaign"

5.) Ensure that the fields are populated correctly. Prospect Status should be set to "Paused" the prospect Email field should be populated and the Prospect's name should be filled in.

6.) Hit Publish!

1.) Set the campaign as your "Main Campaign", ensure that the Prospect Status is set to PAUSED, and ensure that the fields are populated correctly

2.) Select the next action, "3. Create/Update Prospect in Campaign in Woodpecker.co" and set the campaign as your AutoFollowUp. Following that, ensure all the fields are populated correctly, and the "Prospect's Status" is set to "Paused".
