How to send leads from Pitchlane to Salesforce with Zapier
1.) Start from our Zapier Template https://zapier.com/app/editor/template/1676245
2.) Use the "Video Rendered" Trigger by selecting it
3.) Connect your Pitchlane account
4.) Select your Pitchlane Campaign
5.) Select a prospect to test the Zap with. Note: If this prospect is already in your Salesforce Lead List or Campaign this could create problems. It is recommended to remove the lead you are testing with before trying to set up the zap.
6.) Select the Salesforce Action titled, "2. Find Record in Salesforce" and Populate the fields accordingly.
7.) Ensure the field "thumbnailEmbed" is correctly assigned. Note: if you are missing this field it is recommended to follow the previous guide.
8.) Test the step then select the action titled, "3. Update Lead in Salesforce". Ensure the field "Lead to Update" is populated with the Lead ID variable.
9.) Ensure the thumbnailEmbed field is mapped correctly
10.) Test the action and then select the action titled, "4. Add Lead to Campaign in Salesforce" Ensure the fields are mapped accordingly.
9.) Hit test and Publish!
