How to send leads from Pitchlane to Close with Zapier
1.) Open our Zapier Template: https://zapier.com/app/editor/template/1676848
2.) Select the Pitchlane Trigger titled, "Video Rendered in Pitchlane" and connect your Pitchlane account
3.) Select your Pitchlane Campaign
4.) Select a video record to use
5.) Select the action titled, "Find Lead in Close" and ensure your Close account is connected.
6.) Map the fields with the data from Pitchlane.
7.) Choose the option "Create Close Lead if it doesn't exist yet," and then map the fields as instructed. When importing the prospect's name, make sure there's a space between the first name and surname variables. Double-check that the field "thumbnailEmbed" is correctly mapped; otherwise, your Pitchlane videos won't display in your outreach. 8.) Choose the "Update Lead in Close" action and fill in the fields as instructed. Make sure to select the ID variable from Close under "Lead ID." To input this variable, click on the text box, then choose the custom category, and select the dropdown titled "find lead in close." Finally, select "ID." Ensure that the "thumbnailEmbed" variable is populated correctly.
9.) Hit Publish!
10.) Congratulations your Pitchlane videos will now appear and send automatically within Close!
