You should warm your emails for at least 14 days.

The other thing you should be aware of is that during that period, you are going to get around a 30% response rate to the warm-up emails.

When you stop your cold outreach, that 30 % is not going to change automatically. So when you start sending your cold outreach, you are going to send the number of emails sent from your cold outreach and the warm-up emails that the 30% is still going to just paste the number of the warm-up emails that you sent.

So overall, your reply rate percentage would have decreased.

So we would highly recommend increasing this number as a proportion relative to the could reach out you are doing.

If you are sending extra cold emails, just found how much you would like to increase your percentage reply rate. So that your overall reply rate is still 30%, taking into account your increased outreach volume because of your cold outreach.
