Why wasn’t my video created?

Short answer: we’ll work it out and tell you in 24 hours.

Long answer: Our website recording bot relies on a variety of different servers to emulate real human scrolling to create your videos. On occasion, one of these may go haywire.

To avoid creating anything but the best videos, Pitchlane’s tech team will proactively verify whether there has been an error and if there is one, we’re likely working on it right now!

If only a small % of videos were not created, it’s likely to do with the websites featured in those websites being faulty. In that case, I’d continue and export all videos into your email tool.
