How to troubleshoot CSV issues
If Pitchlane is raising errors when you try to upload a CSV, it may be because of formatting issues or the file being corrupted.
In order to fix this, you can upload the CSV to Google Sheets and download it again, and this should fix issues like this.
How to fix the CSV
- Head to Google Sheets
- Click on Blank spreadsheet
- Go to File -> Import
- Upload your CSV file
- Go to File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv)
Use this CSV file with Pitchlane.
