If there is one of your videos failed, this could be due to an invalid URL being provided to the pitchlane software. Sometimes you may get some invalid URLs when creating large lead lists.
Let`s take this as an example.
1. Click on the video, scroll down, and click on edit.
2. You can then input another website relevant to that prospect.
3. Make sure you click Save.
